Hola! Me encanto la receta ❤ acabo de hacerla y salio muy bien,gracias. Pero quiero tambien compartir algunas cosas que me pasaron y tuve que hacer ● Despues de derretir la gelatina espere a que estuviera un poco tivia (ya que sino la gelatina se hace una bola) ● antes de agregarle la gelatina iguale las dendidades (puse un poco de la mezcla de queso dentro de la gelatina, mezcle y recien puse eso en la mezcla grande. ● luego de mezclar las dos cremas se me empezo a separar (la gelatina se solidificaba) asi hice, con una pequeña espatula hice movimientos envolventes y rapidamente lo coloque en el molde Y listo esas fueron las cosas que me sucedieron al hacer la receta pero al final salio muy rica 💕💖

Sooo, there's this transmigration book I read. The main character was a guy who was transmigrated in another world. When he wanted to improve his cultivation, he needed the 'trust' of others to improve it. Because of this, he started a cooking channel on a site similar to you tube. It was a bit different because those who watched could taste the food and it was shown in 3D if they watched it live. He didn't speak though and those who watched could only see from his neck down. Watching Nino reminded me of that character because like Nino, he never showed his face and RARELY spoke unless he was answering a question from the live audience. Needless to say, I loved the book and I love Nino's channel too. Anywhoo, tried the cheesecake and it's simply genius. Y'all should try it

I made this cake for my boyfriend's birthday!! It was my first time making cheesecake (he's a cheesecake lover). Everything went smoothly until I added the melted gelatin. The mixture became sort of clumpy and I wanted to give up, but I moved on and whipped + mixed in the cream. The consistency was similar to the video, but just with tiny clumps mixed in. Tip for anyone who wants to make this: make sure the cream cheese is at ROOM temperature & don't add in the gelatin until it is clear, completely liquid, and slightly cooled. Anyway, it still tastes really REALLY yummy even with some tiny clumps, and I can't wait until it's out of the fridge so I can cut a piece for him!
