In America our pork belly is smoked. Bacon. We LOOOVE bacon. I have always wondered what if it wasnt salted and smoked?? We eat it so much ONLY salted and smoked. What could we do with it!? Next time we order our hog I will be getting only half of the pork belly smoked. Pork belly Miso soup...never would have thought! Your channel is definitely expanding my food for thought.
