When so much food is eaten, 1) the fluid is not enough to effective digest everything that is in the stomach and 2) there is too much food for the stomach to mix and churn all the food with the digestive fluids. Your stomach doesn't just stay full until all the food is digested. After some time (and especially if the stomach is extremely full), the stomach forces amounts of its content into the small intestine, which is where vitamins and nutrients and everything is absorbed. If food is not digested, it can't be absorbed. Once food is past the small intestine (which only takes a couple hours), the nutrients and such are no longer able to be absorbed. If the digested food does not reach the intestine wall (because it is being blocked by undigested food), it is not absorbed. It has been confirme that Yuka passes large amounts of the food she consumes as undigested chunks. Doctors have examined her for years and know that she is not bulimic, or has a fast metabolism or anything.”_
